At some point, we may post the birth story, but for now, it is most satisfying to say that Leonard has joined us in this world, and is healthy, cute, and growing quickly. Over a week has already passed (it might have made sense to setup this blogspot before his arrival), and we are starting to find areas of rhythm. I say areas because it all still feels like the beginning of a journey, in which you're not sure if you packed correctly for the weather.
We've had a good deal of help from our supportive community, especially Mary who has kept us well fed and given us time to bathe.
Time for a nap? Sounds good.
He is so beautiful! Thank you so much for making this for everyone :) especially because of how busy and consuming it must be over there. It's really a joy to be able to experience the cuteness and see how well you all are doing. And yay for Mary!
