Happy Halfie Birthday, Leo!
For your birthday you get some vaccines and a surgical consult! Yay. We went to the doctor today and it has been confirmed. Leo is a BIG boy. He is in the 95 percentile for head size and 80th for height but only 40th for weight. Long and lean. He also has a inguinal hernia, probably. Hence the surgical consult. We are a bit nervous, so any encouraging words you have to spare would be helpful.

well, ya'll sure look amazingly fabulous!! yay whitegolds!!! i will think positive thoughts for our boy, but i am sure he will fly by this without blinking. lucky edythe gets to have an inside birthday party filled with soggy coats, runny noses and stressed out parents running off to do last minute shopping.....i am totally not bitter!!!

Is the hernia something that has to be operated on? If there's any other alternative...I'm certainly hoping and sending good thoughts for that. He's SO cute! Oh...and the cookies you sent are scrumptious! Thank you so much!
